How do I buy?
You can shop three ways: on my website, through Instagram DM, or on Depop! Not every item is listed on Instagram yet, so check my website or Depop first, then DM me which piece you want.
Where's the best deal?
Instagram is your cheapest option and where most of my deals happen! You can place offers on Depop, but this does not confirm your order until I accept. Just know Depop sets its own shipping rates and timelines — not something I can control.
How does checkout work?
Shopping on my website is the easiest, most streamlined way to buy — your order confirms automatically, same as on Depop. Buying through Instagram? Your order is marked pending and the item is held for you until you send proof of payment (item price + shipping) to Second Muse Shop. When you're ready, copy the provided message and tap the link to open a new DM with @secondmuseshop.
How long do you take to ship?
I try to ship same day, and if not, within 1-2 business days — orders through my website or Instagram ship USPS Next Day Air, running $5-$10 to California and $8-$12 anywhere else. Depop orders take longer (4-7 business days) since Depop handles their own shipping. I'll message you if there's ever a delay!
I'm local to LA. Can I shop the rack and pick up?
Absolutely! Please purchase through DM to arrange a pickup. Orders placed on Depop have to be shipped.
Can I refund or exchange my purchase?
All sales are final, unless in special circumstances. Please pay attention to any callouts and ask for any extra details before purchasing.
Do you take consignment or stylist pulls?
Yes to both! Stylists, please email [email protected] to inquire about appointments.
